How are RC&D Areas organized? RC&D Areas may include several adjacent counties that have economic, community, and natural resource needs. Sponsors apply to the USDA Secretary of Agriculture and once authorized, the USDA is committed to provide technical and financial assistance. New counties may join or charter counties may decide to join other RC&D Areas. |
