What is RC&D? Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) programs work to promote and protect economic, natural, and social resources at the local and regional level. They bring together people, needs, concerns, opportunities, and solutions. The program was established by the Agricultural Act of 1962 to provide programs that empower rural people to make their communities a better place to live.
